Job summary

In charge of implementing Transaction Banking solutions/products sold by TB Sales (account keeping, domestic and international payments, e-Banking, connectivity, liquidity management, deposit offers, Receivable & Supply Chain Finance Solutions with platform, Cash-Management related short term credit/Overdraft…), the TB Implementation Manager:

  • Is responsible for implementing Asian mandates in Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, South Korea (and China as backup) obtained from Corporate and FI Clients throughout the network, in the respect of quality / cost / planning criteria
  • Is responsible for the implementation planning he does assess and delivers in the frame of a personalized follow-up with the Client
  • Is in charge of coordinating the implementation process with the different internal and external stakeholders, and providing regular updates to the TB sales in charge the Client & Global Head of TB Implementation

The Implementation Manager will be mobilized by the Global Head of Implementation and the TB sales in Singapore in the frame of mandates portfolio management.

In case of pilot client' (new product / service or geography), the TB Implementation Manager remains in charge of the implementation with the client, in coordination with the TB product manager who is in charge of product delivery until end of deployment of pilot client.

The TB implementation Manager is also requested to contribute to TB projects or to TB proposals / RFP.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Contribution to client proposal / pitching together with Sales and Product Manager in any case when client request for implementation schedule before the mandate.
  • Contribution to TB projects / product development : Involve before the finalization of the design in order to make comments (if needed) and know detailed requirements on implementation
  • Mandates to be implemented
    • Receipt of mandates allocated by the Global Head of TB Implementation, in coordination with the TB Sales in Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan & South Korea (and China as backup)
      Capitalizes on good practices so as to gain in efficiency on larger number of Clients
  • Manages and controls Implementation projects (quality, cost, planning)
    • Is accountable vis--vis the Client for installations and training as soon as contracts are signed
    • Ensures the active contribution of Product Managers (in case of complex implementation with Pilot Client) as well as Middle and Back-Office whenever needed
    • Follows-up non- complex implementation life cycle and related reporting

Other responsibilities:

  • Ensures a regular reporting of implementations to the Global Head of Implementation
  • Ensures Bank/domain rules and procedures are respected in terms of Conformity / Financial Security - in coordination with his/her Managers

Candidate criteria Minimal education level

Bachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent

Academic qualification / Speciality

  • Achieved successfully 3 / 7 years' experience in Transaction Banking with good understanding of the business and market trends
  • Benefits from a successful project management experience
  • Is Fluent in English, Mandarin proficiency is preferred
  • Has knowledge of back office processes
  • Successful international experience (a plus)
