Assistant Manager/Senior Executive, Curriculum Planning and Operations

- Manage the course catalogue/curriculum for digitalization programmes.
- Maintain up-to-date repository of training roadmaps / programmes / courses and also related procedures and templates in our catalogue.
- Support/lead in the planning, organizing and delivery of key programmes and courses
- Support/coordinate course accreditation/funding
- Collect and measure the performance of our programmes and report analysis to the team for continuous improvement.
- Organize and coordinate curriculum team meetings and monitor the status of our programmes
- Assist in collaboration with subject matter experts for market research to improve our course catalogue (e.g. new technology trends or training needs).
- Ensure proper and up-to-date maintenance of training documents and processes for audit and in accordance with industry standards.
- Degree in any disciplinewith at least 8years of experience in corporate L&D or related field
- Broad interest/knowledge in ICT/digital subject areas
- Experience in training catalogue / curriculum development and educational practices will be an advantage
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Mature, eye for detail, adaptive with good problem-solving skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Basic process management skills is preferred
