Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role as an Accounts Administrator at Aura World. The Accounts Administrator will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as accounts reconciliation, and IATA BSP Settlement. While the role is primarily located in Singapore, with the flexibility of a hybrid work mode.

Job Scope

. Reconciliation of bank and credit card payment transactions

. Generating and sending invoices to clients as required

. Resolving billing discrepancies

. Processing invoices and payment from suppliers / vendors

. Liaising with internal departments, vendors, and customers regarding financial matters

. Assisting with special projects or tasks assigned by the management

. Providing support to other team members and accounting firm as needed

. IATA Billing Settlement Plan (BSP) reconciliation

. Preparation of GST reporting and submission

Requirements

. Applicant must be able to work 3 days per week

. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

. Experience in usage of XML Powersuite and IATA BSP Agency Portal preferred

. Able to work independently and is a team player
