Anaplan Consultant (Experienced Model Builder)

Prior work experience (2-5 years) as an Anaplan Model Builder is required for this role. Successful candidates are individuals who have a strong interest in technology, are curious about solving planning problems for our customer projects and have a strong background in numerate fields such as Accounting, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, Maths or Science. As we work in a very collaborative manner with our customer and teams, we are also looking for individuals with strong interpersonal and communication skills people who can build good professional relations with our customers and their Vuealta colleagues.

The Job

We are seeking a talented and experienced Anaplan Model Builder (2-5 years of model building experience) to join our team. As an Anaplan Model Builder, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining Anaplan models to support our clients' business needs. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, translate business processes into technical solutions, and ensure the successful implementation of Anaplan solutions. What you'll be doing:

  • Supporting requirements gathering
  • Working on Anaplan development tasks under guidance from senior team members, ensuring that Anaplan models are designed and built with the end user in mind
  • Ascertaining the pain points of the client during the process and explaining/communicating smart planning solutions with the aim to exceed the clients expectations and/or to meet the clients specific requirements
  • Supporting the reporting of the project status and health by taking a proactive approach to reporting progress and potential issues to the project manager and senior team.
  • Developing and maintaining professional relationships with customers and the Vuealta team
  • Support the pre-sales process under guidance from the Pre-Sales team, primarily in building demo assets
  • Performing internal administrative tasks as required and in a timely manner

Requirements Essentials

  • Anaplan Model Builder Lvl 2 Certification
  • Deep skills in creating Excel models for similar business challenge
  • Analytical and problem solving skills
  • A strong interest in business processes/planning
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Team player with a strong ability to network and the drive to achieve tangible results
