Customer Service Officer

Location: Orchard/ Pasir Ris
Shift work: 8 hours rotating. 5 days' work week.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and handle all customer service-related matters at Customer Service Counter
- Maintain high level of customer service standards
- Handle enquiries and feedback from shoppers and tenants
- Brand ambassador of the mall, promoting loyalty program and related activities
- Support in voucher sales, mall redemptions, loyalty program and any other marketing initiatives as and when required
- Handle administrative duties and any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Min GCE N Level qualification
- Min 1 year of working experience in relevant customer service role
- Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel and/or usage of CMS is advantageous
- Able to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and Public Holidays
