Role Overview:

Tunity Technologies seeks an Office Manager adept at blending traditional HR and office administration roles with a nuanced understanding of IT system oversight. This role is designed for an individual who can maintain the backbone of our daily operations while ensuring our IT systems align with and support our broader organizational needs. The successful candidate will foster an efficient, harmonious workplace and support our dynamic team, all while maintaining a watchful eye on our IT infrastructure's functionality as it pertains to supporting employee productivity and company operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR and IT System Management: Conduct HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management, while also overseeing the seamless integration and basic maintenance of Tunity's IT infrastructure within office operations.
  • Office Administration and IT Oversight: Oversee daily administrative tasks, ensuring a productive environment, complemented by managing essential IT system needs, such as ensuring reliable internet connectivity, basic troubleshooting, and liaising with IT support for significant issues.
  • Financial, Procurement and IT Process Assistance: Assist with financial and procurement tasks like issuing invoices, purchase orders (POs) and managing payments, alongside ensuring that IT-related expenses and budgets align with office needs and cost-saving strategies.
  • Process and IT Efficiency Initiatives: Drive initiatives to enhance operational efficiency across HR, office management, and IT utilization, streamlining processes for better transparency and consistency.
  • Culture and IT Utilization Facilitation: Support HR Manager for employee concerns, fostering a positive company culture while ensuring that staff can effectively utilize IT resources and supporting the company's transformation journey.
  • Cost-Saving and IT Resource Management: Implement measures to reduce office operational costs, considering the impact on IT resources, and explore economies of scale as Tunity grows.
  • Intern Management and IT Orientation: Manage intern assignments, providing support and learning opportunities, including familiarization with the company's IT systems and protocols.
