As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be empowered to drive initiatives to grow our community of climbers. Our team culture strongly values creative thinking and constant improvement. No climbing experience is needed, you just need to enjoy engaging with customers.
Job Requirements:
- 2.5 weekday shifts + Sundays weekly. Opening and closing of the gym independently during shifts.
- Engage customers face-to-face, and welcome newcomers to the community. Manage general enquiries adequately.
- Drive and support initiatives towards community building in the form of social events and interest groups.
