As an Ad-tech and Martech operations, you will join our Performance Marketing team. This role includes analyzing and optimizing existing integrations as well as designing, constructing and testing data pipelines via software programming languages to execute all marketing and advertising functions. You will become the owner of the team's data-related integrations. The ideal candidate should have experience managing and implementing various marketing technology tools, such as GA4, AppsFlyer, Firebase, tracking pixels, Google Tag Manager and Google Search Console (GSC), and should feel comfortable managing REST API processes and back-end data management within our data warehouse and towards external partners. They should be accustomed to workwith the Dev and product teams. They should also possess a strong ability to create and present insightful reports to the leadership team.
Responsibilities:Support the implementation and management of marketing technology tools, including GA4, AppsFlyer, Firebase, tracking pixels, and Google Tag Manager.Conduct regular data analysis using tools such as GA4, GSC, AppsFlyer, and CM360 to monitor, optimize, and report on campaign performanceAssist on the implementation of Web-To-App measurement and attribution strategiesEnsure accurate tracking, reporting, and attribution across all marketing campaigns by verifying the proper implementation of tracking codes, pixels, and tagsImplement Server-to-Server integrations with multiple networks via API for campaign measurement and optimization purposesSupport the team in maintaining and troubleshooting marketing technology tools and platformsAssist in creating and maintaining detailed, accurate performance reports for leadership and internal teams, focused on key marketing KPIsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to align on campaign objectives, strategies, and data requirementsMonitor industry trends and best practices in marketing technology and data analytics to improve internal processes and campaign performance.
Requirements:Full proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and in English to be able to work effectively with multiple teamsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Data Analytics, or a related fieldMinimum 5 years of experience in a performance marketing role, with a focus on marketing technology implementations and data analysisFamiliarity with marketing technology tools, such as Google Analytics 4, AppsFlyer, Firebase, tracking pixels, and Google Tag ManagerStrong experience in using data analytics tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, AppsFlyer, and CM360Previous experience connecting and managing different marketing APIs such as Google Ads API or Meta's CAPIExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-makingStrong attention to detail and the ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasksClear and concise communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven insights to leadership and various team membersSQL/Python Language, Bigquery understanding is a plus
