We are looking for an Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition and Talent Management, who helps Baker Tilly build its talent pipeline by leading and managing the talent acquisition requirement and assist in the development and growth of the firm's talent pipeline.

In this role, you will:

  • Take the lead in building and maintaining Baker Tilly Employer brand
  • Partner closely with the firm's stakeholders / hiring managers to understand and fulfill their talent development and recruitment needs
  • Maintaining of existing recruitment portals as well as channels (paid / non paid) and to develop new recruitment channels and avenues
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
  • Understand and able to use data analytics to enhance and improve of talent acquisition strategy
  • Develop plans and activities to attract and develop talents
  • Responsible for the full suite of campus recruitment strategy and process including building and maintaining relationship with universities, career offices proactive outreach and collaboration with higher learning institutes and internship management
  • Assist in the execution of Talent Management Framework and Programme
  • Supports firmwide learning initiatives and culture to enhance the bench strength and readiness of the firm's future leaders

This role is both strategic and hands-on and will play a pivotal role in the human capital transformation journey.

We are looking for people with the following:

  1. This is a highly engaging role you must love to interact with people and are passionate about helping people develop and grow.
  2. Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent.
  3. Minimum six (6) years of Talent Acquisition experience.
  4. Experience in financial, professional services, search firm or recruitment agency is advantageous.
  5. Strong business partnering and relationship building skills
  6. Highly engaging and communicative with ability to maintain credible and professional relationships with all levels of the organization with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  7. Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  8. High integrity, professional, ability to work at both strategic and hands-on level
  9. Proactive with initiatives, driven and passionate
