About our Line of Business - Unmanned & Integrated Systems
Our Unmanned & Integrated Systems business offers holistic solutions in system engineering and integration. We pioneer maritime robotics and autonomy solutions, provide system integration for complex naval and island air defence System-of-Systems (SoS), and take care of the operation and maintenance of Command, Control, Communications, Computers Intelligence (C4I) systems. We cater to the needs of Defence, Public Safety & Security, and Commercial clients worldwide, providing seamless and innovative services that redefine possibilities.

We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated individual to join our company as a Division Manager. As part of our team, you oversee multiple departments and ensure efficient operations, administration, client and vendor relations, and logistics. Our business operations are complex which covers both local and international projects related to Unmanned Systems, and you use your administrative and managerial experience and expertise to ensure that we are constantly improving our processes, managing large scale projects, recognizing and promoting talent, and developing new relationships with clients and industry leaders. This is a senior-level position, and our ideal candidate has at least 7 years of experience in an administrative or leadership role directly relevant to our industry.

- Accountable for delivering Commercial P&L goals and other performance objectives & financial KPIs
- Develop, implement and review the Division's business strategy plans to promote sustainable growth in tandem with the company's growth plans and in conjunction with relevant cross functional teams and aligned with the company's Global brand strategy
- Creating business plans and strategies to improve the overall business sales.
- Foster and develop relationships with clients, vendors, and industry professionals to create new business opportunities
- Train and hire new staff, review employee performances, and promote talented employees to levels of greater responsibility
- Oversee managers and engineers to ensure our operations are fully supplied and equipped to fulfill existing obligations and seize upon emerging opportunities
- Implement new processes to eliminate inefficiency and create more agile working systems
Qualities We Value
