What the Role Is

You will be part of the dynamic Workplace & Facilities Management (WFM) team within the Workplace and Organisation Development (WOD) Division. WOD drives organisational development to strengthen IMDA's corporate climate, identity, culture in support of IMDA's transformation and growth efforts to achieve IMDA's mission and goals.

What You Will Be Working On

Workplace Experience

  • Review and propose innovative processes and infrastructure to deliver user-centric and seamless experiences for staff, visitors, and occupants

  • Develop and implement strategies to ensure that the office remains relevant and rejuvenating for staff, aligning with organizational goals and employee well-being

  • Lead renovation projects and improvement initiatives to enhance experiences and support divisional space needs, ensuring a conducive and functional work environment

Workplace Optimisation

  • Manage workplace seat allocation planning to optimize space utilization and accommodate evolving business needs

  • Manage the administration and procurement of various corporate services, including offsite warehouse storage, corporate insurance, and office leases, ensuring cost-effectiveness and operational efficiency

  • Proactively identify opportunities to increase operational efficiency and streamline office processes

Office Administration

  • Develop and oversee operating and administrative policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and best practices

  • Undertake additional administrative duties and projects as required

What We Are Looking For

  • Tertiary qualification with at least 8 years of relevant experience in the areas of workplace experience, project management or other related fields

  • Strong project and stakeholder management and skills

  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills to effectively engage and work with senior management

  • Knowledge of office operations, including lease management, vendor relationships and market trends

  • Proactive mindset and ability to identify opportunities for improvement and enhancement

  • Good writing and presentation skills with the ability to influence and manage conflicting groups of stakeholders to provide positive outcomes

  • Ability to multi-task and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment, having the flexibility to adjust and react to changing priorities

  • Enthusiastic, resilient, creative, and have a strong proven track record of being both a strong individual contributor and a team
