  • Implement new or emerging competencies to support role, job redesign or nurse-led initiatives for healthcare transformation and changing demographics.
  • Oversee budget and resources utilisation.
  • Promote staff retention and performance outputs.
  • Provide coaching resources for staff and talent development.
  • Resolve issues related to care, coordination and service lapses.
  • Use informatics and technology to manage nursing productivity and innovation.
  • Use manpower resources for optimal patient care outcomes through effective scheduling, skills mix and staffing assignments.

Job Requirements

  • Min Dip/Degree in nursing
  • Min 2-3 years experience working in similar capacity
  • Experience in Gerontology/ Geriatric setting will be highly advantageous
