Strategic Account Manager

Job Description
- Foster and sustain robust relationships with key clients across the Asia Pacific region.
- Comprehend client objectives, challenges, and needs to deliver customized solutions.
- Formulate and execute strategic account plans to attain revenue targets and business goals.
- Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts while exploring new business prospects.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, technical, and operational units, to ensure seamless solution delivery.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align offerings with client requirements.
- Remain abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
- Conduct regular market analyses to pinpoint new opportunities and potential risks.
- Lead contract negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both clients and company's Technologies.
- Work closely with legal and finance teams to finalize agreements.
- Monitor and gauge customer satisfaction levels, proactively addressing any issues to uphold high satisfaction standards.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Demonstrated experience as a Strategic Account Manager or in a comparable role within the technology or security sector.
- Familiarity with security access control systems, CCTV, and alarm system products/systems is advantageous.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal aptitude.
- Willingness to travel within the Asia Pacific region as required.
