Your Role

As Gprnt's Business & Product Strategy Specialist, you will be a critical part of our core team, responsible for working closely with the leadership to shape and execute the strategic direction of our business. This role is uniquely positioned at the intersection of business strategy, product innovation, and market execution. You will be tasked with not just planning but actively participating in and leading a wide array of operational and strategic initiatives. This is a role for a true all-rounder: someone who is as comfortable making broad strategic decisions, working closely with the leadership as they are in the trenches, executing cross-functionally with a mindset to deliver success for an early-stage startup.

Your key areas of responsibility include:

. Business Strategy and Planning: Develop and refine our business strategy, including value proposition, positioning, market analysis, competitive research, goal setting and financial forecasting. Lead strategic planning sessions and ensure alignment with our long-term mission and goals.

. Product Strategy and Planning: Drive the strategic alignment for product development and innovation. Work closely with the product leadership to ensure we are delivering exceptional value to our users and business.

. Go-to-Market:Design and execute go-to-market strategies for new products and features. This includes market segmentation, positioning, and the development of marketing and sales collateral.

. Project Management and Execution: Lead cross-functional initiatives and special projects in areas such as user research, commercial partnerships, fundraising and growth, demonstrating a hands-on approach to solving problems and executing strategies. Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.

. Operations Management:Support key operational areas such as legal, compliance, and partnerships. Ensure that our business operations are efficient and aligned with our strategic objectives.

Our Ideal Candidate:

. 4+ years experience in venture building, consulting, strategy and operations, product management or a similar role, ideally within ESG, sustainability or tech

. Demonstrated success in developing and executing business and product strategies, preferably with a strong understanding of carbon accounting and the ESG policy and regulation landscape

. Highly curious and independent problem solver, with exceptional analytical skills and the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, actionable plans

. Outstanding leadership and project management abilities, with a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and initiatives and the ability to prioritise, plan and achieve set goals

. Prior start-up culture and experience is highly valued

. Entrepreneurial mindset, with a willingness to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment. Must be adaptable, proactive, and willing to take on multiple roles as needed.

. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
