2. Preparing invoices and delivery orders in an accurate and timely manner.

3. Recording, processing, and filing information and documents.

5. Updating ledgers and resolving discrepancies.

6. Preparing banking documents.

7. Monthly tasks such as sales reports, AR statements, stock ageing, etc.

Requirements:

. Thorough understanding of accounting and financial principles.

. Strong computer skills with competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook.

. Organizational, verbal and written communication skills.
