Technical Sales Executive

Responsibilities:
- Ensure project requirements of customers fare adequately defined for the generation of costing and input into the project system
- To coordinate with R&D and Production Planning on all matters concerning customer's requests for preparation of required samples for submission to customer
- Ensure that samples are in order and prepare documents for courier dispatch to prepare price quotations after sample submissions
- Ensure that requests for technical documents are properly registered and requested from the relevant internal departments
- Assist to update SDS data in regulatory system
- Ensure that R&D is informed of new product formula registration request in ERP system for planners, purchasers and customer service in order to proceed with order processing
- To advise on all price enquiries as well as maintain and update the price database in ERP system for order processing
- To setup and maintain customer data in ERP System and project system
- Assist to provide any sales statistics / data / report for the sales and affiliates
- Liaising with internal customers for resolution to issues / enquiries that could arise from order, samples or other issues
- Provide support to sales managers
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Preferably Executive specialized in Customer Service or equivalent
- Prior experience in SAP will be an added value
