Admin cum Account executive

What will you do:-
- Handle full/partial sets company account, maintain a documented system of accounting policies and procedures.
- Monthly account closing and management reporting
- Actively involved in the new ERP system
- Keep track of inventory inflow and outflow
- Provide administrative support to Sales & Service Department
- Assist HR in Updating & maintaining employee benefits, employment status & similar records
- Handle general office administrative matters or any other ad-hoc duties assigned
What it requires:-
- At least 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience
- Knowledge and proficiency in accounting technology software and databases and other business intelligence software
- Bilingual in English and Chinese as required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customer and colleagues
- Strong time management and prioritization skills
- Excellent communication
