The individual will lead and oversee the implementation, management, and optimisation of our NetSuite ERP system (One World).

As NetSuite Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the ERP deployment including planning, implementation, customisation, configuration, data migration, change management, and training.

You will work closely with stakeholders across the organisation and your primary focus is on ensuring that the ERP solution aligns with the business objectives and requirements, and that it delivers maximum value to the organisation.

Your efforts will play a critical role in driving the successful implementation and ongoing management of NetSuite within the organisation, ensuring that it supports the our strategic objectives and delivers tangible business benefits.

The role requires a strong understanding of ERP systems and is ideally suited to a person with a blend of abilities including project management expertise, excellent communication skills, methodical working, loyalty, teamwork, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities include:

Implementation Leadership:

  • Lead the planning implementation, and management of the NetSuite ERP program, including scoping, objectives, and deliverables, project planning, resource allocation, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Develop and maintain the program roadmap, timeline, and budget, and ensure alignment with organisational goals and priorities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants/partners to customise and configure NetSuite to meet the specific business requirements.
  • Develop detailed project plans, work breakdown structures, and resource allocation schedules to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Monitor project progress in alignment with timeline, budget and scope, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies as needed.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Work closely with business stakeholders to establish and document functional requirements for the ERP system.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and work with internal support teams and out-sourced partners to implement customisations, enhancements or integrations, as needed.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all NetSuite-related inquiries and updates, providing regular communication and updates to stakeholders at all levels of the business.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand their needs and priorities and ensure alignment with ERP program.

Vendor Management:

  • Manage relationships with ERP vendors, including selection, negotiation, and contract management.
  • Oversee vendor activities, ensuring adherence to project requirements, timelines, and quality standards.

Change Management:

  • Develop and execute a change management strategy to ensure smooth adoption of the NetSuite system by end-users.
  • Provide training and support to users, communicate updates and changes, and address concerns and/or resistance to change.

Ongoing Maintenance & Support (In-partnership with ERP Support Manager):

  • Oversee the ongoing maintenance and support of the NetSuite system, including troubleshooting issues, implementing upgrades, and optimizing system performance.
  • Ensure that the system is running smoothly and efficiently to support the organisation's operations.

Quality Assurance & Governance:

  • Establish and maintain program governance processes, and reporting mechanisms.
  • Implement quality assurance processes to ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and user requirements.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Coordinate all dependencies to ensure that all support requests are delivered in a timely manner, within budget and in compliance with company policy and standard procedures.
  • Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organisational standards.

Skills & Qualifications Required:

  1. Proven experience managing large-scale ERP implementation projects, with a focus on NetSuite preferred.
  2. Deep understanding of ERP systems and business processes, with experience in scoping, system configuration, and customisation.
  3. Strong project management skills, including experience with project planning, resource management, and risk mitigation.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
  5. Positive influencer - Present ideas and concepts that enables understanding, gain buy-in, and generates support from peers, dependencies, and stakeholders. Confident and persuasive both in a formal and informal setting. Shares knowledge and information at right time with right people.
  6. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team to achieve goals and deliver exceptional service.
  7. A caring manager with a diverse range of skills, cultures, and work environments across a wide geographic area.
  8. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  9. At least 5 years' experience in managing large-scale ERP programs.
  10. Strong organisational skills - Ability to plan and prioritise.
  11. Ability to set clear goals and expectations for your team follow progress against goals provide regular feedback addresses performance issues promptly foster learning and development provide public recognition of team accomplishments.

  15. This is a highly networked role that requires an ability to work under pressure and to challenging deadlines.
  16. Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field. MBA or relevant certifications (e.g., NetSuite Administrator, Project Management Professional) preferred.
