Roles & Responsibilities

We are actively seeking an outstanding candidate with comprehensive expertise in MS Dynamics 365 technology and/or processes. Our managers are anticipated to spearhead business unit projects, generate new opportunities, and contribute significantly to the holistic development of Enterprise solutions across the Group.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ascertain and comprehend the requirements of the business, and scrutinize the structural flow of business operations.
  • Spotlight and exhibit significant opportunities for innovation; substantiate their feasibility through proof-of-concepts and pilot projects to enhance business operations.
  • Preserve profound technical skills, expertise in business processes, and cultivate a solution-oriented organization.
  • Accountable for the deployment of new systems.
  • Educate users on the implemented system.
  • Execute and supervise routine software updates, backups, security patching, and database maintenance.
  • Formulate and sustain process/technical documentation for improved resolutions & support.
  • Cooperate with developers to ensure requirements are incorporated into system design.
  • Engage with relevant stakeholders on user acceptance testing.
  • Support change requests, strategize and maintain the application environment with the latest patches.
  • Guide the team in defining project requirements, tracking, functional documentation & training materials.
  • Strategize and execute end-user training.
  • Collaborate closely with System Integrator and Software provider to design and implement the “to-be” process.
  • Analyze the impact of requested changes and propose improvements to continuously address changing business needs.
  • Lead the delivery of end-to-end global ERP migration & implementation project.


Requirements:

  • Diploma/ Degree in Computer Science or equivalent qualification.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with the implementation and support of Dynamics NAV/Dynamics 365 BC is a MUST.
  • At least 3-5 years experience with software consulting and implementation, specifically around Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Dynamics 365 Business Central.
  • At least 2 years managerial experience in ERP application support and project management.
  • Highly organized, detailed oriented, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enjoy working with end users.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Willingness to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
  • Proactive problem-solving attitude with ability to anticipate issues.
  • Proactive seeking opportunities for process improvement and optimization
