Job Description

  • Involve in talent acquisition processes and assist in shortlisting of resume.
  • Manage employee on-boarding and off-boarding processes, including orientation , exit interview session and
  • exit clearance procedures.
  • Manage day-to-day HR activities like preparing of HR-related documents , maintaining of employee records,
  • verifying of weekly attendance and checking of leave records . Address employee enquiries relating to HR policies and any other HR related matters.
  • Oversee work pass matters of foreign workers ( WP, SP , EP, DP etc).
  • Ensure timely updates of personal files and HRIS records ( timely and accurately).
  • Administer attendance and timesheets , verifying any addition or deductions and claims for staffs.
  • Apply and coordinate staffs and workers' training programs and course registration. Involve in training grants and training feedback.
  • Involve in monthly payroll processing and WICA administration
  • Submission of foreign worker levy waiver and submission for government related grants ( childcare , Maternity , NS etc).
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum a Diploma in Human Resource or related disciplines
  • At least 3 years of similar HR experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Preferably from construction sector with at least 2 years of experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to build rapport and positive relationships
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and multitask
  • Familiar with MOM regulations and HR practices
  • Proficient Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
