Overview:
We are actively seeking a dynamic and innovative Advisor, Business Development to drive growth and expansion of our HR solutions portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and delivering HR solutions that address the needs of our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to drive growth and revenue for our HR solutions portfolio.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the HR industry, including HR software, consulting services, training programs, and other HR solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target industries and markets, including HR professionals, business leaders, and C-suite executives.
- Understand clients' HR challenges, pain points, and objectives to tailor our solutions and services to meet their needs effectively.
- Lead the negotiation and closing of sales agreements, contracts, and partnerships, ensuring alignment with company objectives and values.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and operations, to develop and deliver innovative HR solutions that drive client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads and opportunities, tracking progress and performance against targets.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the business development team, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with a focus on HR solutions or services.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients and colleagues.
- Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of business development principles, processes, and best practices within the HR industry.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding revenue targets and KPIs.
- Proven ability to negotiate complex deals, contracts, and partnerships to drive business growth.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Knowledge of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes within the HR industry.
