Our client runs a chain of private dialysis centres in Singapore. To support their Human Resource and Marcom unit, they are seeking a candidate to fill the role of HR & Marcom Executive (Full time, in office).

Job Scope:

People Services (HR)

  • Support in recruitment processes â€' including hiring (ie. screening/interviewing of candidates and following up of employment offers, pre-employment health and past employment verification, clearance for different regulatory bodies), clinical licence/work pass applications, onboarding/offboarding processes and experience (e.g., orientation programmes, preparation of compliant onboarding documentations)
  • Support in management of HR processes and systems (Workday) and administrative matters
  • Maintain accurate and timely records/reports for updates to management and relevant regulatory bodies.
  • Establish positive relationships with all teammates and undertake planning and execution of employee engagement activities
  • Initiate and support in employee welfare initiatives
  • Support in formulation and execution of L&D initiatives and programmes/activities
  • Prepare and submit monthly metrics reports
  • Handle ad-hoc HR projects and any other duties when required.

Marcoms

  • Develop creative initiatives to attract talents and raise awareness/branding
  • Plan and execute activities/events to enhance the company's presence and attract potential candidates/clients
  • Smooth implementation of new and existing programmes to raise awareness and strengthen the company's branding
  • Support in production and improvements of corporate collaterals
  • Liaison with international team on groupwide activities and programmes

Job Requirements:

  • Minimally a Diploma/Higher NITEC in Human Resources/Business studies/Mass Communications, proficient in MS Office
  • Good knowledge of labour laws and implementation considerations
  • Preferable to have minimum 3-4 years of relevant working experience candidates who are less experienced will be considered for assistant role.
  • Positive energy and drive, high ownership of work deliverables and dedication and commitment in producing results
  • Possesses strong teamwork capabilities with robust interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships at all levels of the organisation
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and aesthetics
  • Discipline and integrity when handling confidential information
  • Detail-oriented, resourceful, organised, analytical and able to handle multiple tasks effectively.
