Responsibilities:

  • Video Content creation: Conceptualise and create engaging and original short-form & long-form video content for TikTok & YouTube that aligns with the brand's voice and platform growth objectives.
  • Stay ahead of trends: Keep exploring the latest trends on Tiktok & YouTube, while combining with branding/platform promotional purposes, and convert them into channel growth strategy.
  • Competitive analysis: Keep researching the latest trends within the crypto industry to stay ahead of the game.
  • Content scheduling: Plan and schedule video posts in advance to ensure consistent and timely content delivery. Use social media management tools to streamline the process.
  • Analytics and reporting: Monitor and analyze YouTube & Tiktok video performance using data and analytics tools. Provide regular reports and insights as requested to track the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven improvements.
  • Campaign management: Develop and execute social media campaigns on video platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Execute end-to-end video production: Collaborate with content creators & other departments, including script-writing, concept-development, shooting guidelines, editing, etc., to deliver polished and high-quality content according to our branding standard.
  • Experiment with different video styles, techniques, and formats to keep content fresh and appealing to diverse audiences.
  • Collaboration: work closely with the social media team to ensure our video contents align with overall social media growth target.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related degree.
  • Proven track record of TikTok & YouTube content creation with a portfolio showcasing your ability to create viral content.
  • A deep understanding of TikTok & YouTube platform, trends, challenges, and its unique community culture.
  • Strong visual and storytelling skills, with an eye for detail and a knack for capturing attention quickly.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment, juggle multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
  • Excellent communication skills, both in collaborating with team members and engaging with the YouTube & TikTok audience.
  • Demonstrated experience using social media management tools to monitor, report and engage (Meltwater, Sprinklr, YouTube & Tiktok Analytics, etc).
  • Working knowledge of defining social media calendars, strategies, and executing paid social activations.
  • Experience within the crypto industry & being a crypto enthusiast is a must.
  • Previous work experience in crypto exchange is preferred.
  • Proficiency in video editing software and creative tools to produce visually appealing and well-edited content is preferred.
  • Proficient in mandrain in order to lailise with Chinese speaking clients .
