Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our Sales team in promoting and selling our comprehensive range of fire protection services and products. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Sales Leadership:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and company objectives.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Provide coaching, training, and guidance to enhance the performance of individual team members.

2.Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through effective prospecting and lead generation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, clearly articulating the value of our fire protection services and products.

3.Sales Process Management:

  • Oversee the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to tailor solutions to meet client needs and specifications.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, monitor performance metrics, and generate reports for management.

4.Market Analysis and Strategy:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and areas for growth.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional activities.

5.Contract Negotiations:

  • Lead contract negotiations with clients, ensuring terms and conditions align with company policies and standards.
  • Work closely with the legal and finance departments to finalize and execute contracts.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or advanced diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the fire protection or related industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and managing successful sales teams.
  • Excellent understanding of sales techniques, strategies, and customer relationship management.
  • Familiarity with fire protection services and products is a plus.
