We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Catering Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth for our catering services.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and lead generation.

2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.

3. Present customized catering solutions, menus, and proposals to clients.

4. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to meet sales targets.

5. Collaborate with chefs, event coordinators, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution.

6. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

7. Conduct site visits, tastings, and presentations as required.

8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments.

9. Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and CRM data.

10. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.

 

Requirements:

1. 2+ years of sales experience in the catering or hospitality industry.

2. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

3. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

4. Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.

5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

6. Knowledge of food, beverage, and event planning.

7. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.

8. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or related field.

 

Desirable Skills:

1. Culinary knowledge and certification (e.g., food safety).

2. Event planning experience.

3. Familiarity with catering software and systems.

4. Social media and marketing skills.

5. Multilingual abilities.
