Assistant Manager, Marketing, Recruitment and Admissions

Key Responsibilities
Marketing
- Formulate and implement the annual marketing & social media activities for the Part-time MBA Program in Vietnam
- Initiate and organize events such as information sessions, interviews and admission events
- Stay informed of trends and communications on social media, forums, etc. and to improve content management strategy on these platforms
- Track key performance and growth metrics and to provide market trend reports, forecasts, competitive analysis, and campaign results
- Produce marketing collaterals including video content to create awareness and lead generation
- Collaborate with Sales and Business Development to define, build and execute sales targets from lead generation to revenue realization.
- Devise effective marketing plan (ie.lead generation, event sponsorship, print, etc.) within the budget allowed.
Recruitment (Lead management)
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to increase support and awareness for the programme
- Manage and execute content marketing deliverables (including content creation calendar) to cover topics aligned with the programme's recruitment
- Assist in coordination with partner university for marketing and recruitment activities
- Explore available student's loan and financing options in Vietnam.
- Address enquiries and initiate efforts for lead conversion
Key Decisions/ Dimensions
- The incumbent will initiate and implement marketing plans, with a focus to identify new channels for prospective student generation.
- The incumbent will identify and engage with relevant stakeholders and is responsible for developing and executing lead generating activities (lunch and learns, information sessions, education fairs, webinars, etc.).
- The incumbent will achieve the student enrolment targets for the assigned Part-time MBA Programme in overseas market.
Competencies & Qualification Requirements
- A degree holder from a recognized university
- Preferably with at least 5 years of relevant work experience
- Prior experience in the higher education market especially in ASEAN market is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills
- Meticulous and resourceful with a passion to achieve
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently as well as in a team to achieve goals
- History of creating content for social media
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
