As the Chief Technical Officer (CTO), you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the technology strategy of the company. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the software development lifecycle, ensuring high standards of quality, scalability, and innovation in our technology solutions.You will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with the company's business goals. It will be crucial to stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the organization.Leading and mentoring a high-performing software development team will be a key part of your role. Creating a collaborative and inclusive work environment that fosters innovation and continuous improvement will be essential.You will oversee the end-to-end software development process, from planning and design to testing and deployment. It will be important to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet the highest quality standards.Defining and driving the technical vision and architecture for software solutions will be a core aspect of your role. You will need to ensure the use of best practices in software development, including agile methodologies, coding standards, and security protocols.Collaborating with executives, product managers, and key stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements will be essential. Effective communication of complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders will be a key part of your responsibilities.Managing the technology budget, identifying and mitigating technical risks, promoting innovation and R&D, and ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost optimization will also fall under your purview.Qualifications:- Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced certifications in technology management or software development are a plus.- Experience: At least 10 years of experience in software development, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role managing large-scale projects and technical teams.- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of software development methodologies, programming languages, cloud platforms, microservices, and modern development frameworks.- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.- Analytical Thinking: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions in complex technical environments.- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting to changing business priorities and technological advancements.Join us to work in an innovative environment that values creativity, offers growth opportunities, competitive compensation, and a supportive work culture that emphasizes work-life balance and employee well-being.,
