Job DescriptionAs the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at PANHA, a safe and anonymous platform dedicated to supporting individuals facing trauma, mental health challenges, and personal struggles, you will be leading the company's technology strategy. This is a full-time remote role in an early-stage startup where you will play a crucial role in overseeing software development, managing IT projects, and guiding the architecture and product development processes. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with the leadership team to align technology with business goals, managing development teams, ensuring the scalability and security of the platform, and staying updated with emerging technologies.Your role as the CTO at PANHA will require you to possess a strong background in Software Development and Architecture, along with Project Management and IT Strategy skills. Experience in Product Development is essential, and your leadership and team management abilities will be instrumental in driving the technology vision of the company. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are necessary to effectively work with the team and stakeholders. An ability to align technology with business objectives is crucial for the success of this role.While not mandatory, experience in a startup environment would be advantageous.
