In the early stages of the journey, Remote Growthlab is seeking a technology leader to kickstart this vision on a consulting or contract basis.

• Technology Strategy: Develop the technology roadmap for building the AI-driven customer support platform, focusing on scalable architecture and innovative AI solutions.
• AI and ML Implementation: Lead the development and integration of AI models for Natural Language Processing (NLP), machine learning, and automation to ensure a competitive edge.
• Product Development Guidance: Provide technical guidance on designing, developing, and deploying core platform features such as AI chatbots, automated ticketing, and analytics.
• Team Setup: Assist in forming the initial tech team, identifying key roles, and creating a plan to scale the team as the platform grows.
• Hands-on Leadership: Engage in hands-on development when necessary, guide engineers and data scientists to ensure high-quality platform development.
• Integration Strategy: Lead the strategy for API development and third-party integrations with CRMs, communication tools, and other software platforms.
• Data Security and Compliance: Ensure the platform follows best practices for data security, privacy, and compliance with industry standards.
• Transition to Full-Time Role: Provide an option to transition into a full-time CTO role as Remote Growthlab grows, with equity or other incentives for long-term commitment.

• Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in software development with significant exposure to AI, machine learning, or SaaS-based solutions. Startup or consulting experience is a plus.
• Technical Expertise: Strong background in AI and machine learning with experience in NLP technologies, frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure).
• Startup Mindset: Ability to work in a lean environment, make impactful decisions with limited resources, and adapt to fast-paced startup needs.
• Leadership Skills: Proven experience in guiding and mentoring small tech teams, focusing on innovative solutions under tight timelines.
• Contract Flexibility: Open to working on a contract or consulting basis, with the possibility of transitioning to a full-time leadership role.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to translate complex technical concepts into actionable strategies for the team.
• Location: Based in Bangalore or Kochi, India, with the flexibility to work remotely when needed.

• SaaS Product Development: Familiarity with SaaS architecture and best practices for developing scalable, cloud-based platforms.
