Role Overview

We are seeking a driven and resourceful Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. You will play a pivotal role in identifying, engaging, and placing top-tier talent across ASEAN, Japan, Korea, and Australia. This is a high-impact role for an individual who excels in a consultative, fast-paced environment and is passionate about shaping the future of tech leadership in Asia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with clients to understand hiring needs, team structures, and market positioning.
  • Source, screen, and assess candidates for GTM, technical, and corporate roles across APAC.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: from briefing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive networking and market mapping.
  • Provide market intelligence and strategic hiring insights to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal researchers and consultants to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in executive search or tech sectors.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a consultative approach.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple assignments and deliver under tight timelines.
  • Familiarity with APAC markets and cross-border hiring is a plus.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building relationships and delivering results.
