Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary:

Reporting to the Manager, Operations, we are seeking a dynamic and creative individual to join our Marketing Communications team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate communications, brand management, content creation, and campaign execution. This role will support the planning and implementation of internal and external communications strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Develop and edit engaging content for various platforms – website, press releases, newsletters, social media, internal communications, etc.
  • Brand Management: Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints and support visual storytelling through marketing materials and campaigns.
  • Media & PR Coordination: Assist in handling media relations, drafting press releases, liaising with journalists, and monitoring media coverage.
  • Campaign Support: Collaborate with internal teams and agencies to plan and execute marketing campaigns (offline and digital).
  • Event Communication: Support communication requirements for events, webinars, trade shows, etc.
  • Digital Marketing Coordination: Work with the digital team on social media strategy, content calendars, and performance tracking.
  • Internal Communication: Support initiatives to strengthen employee engagement and culture via newsletters, townhalls, and intranet updates.
  • Market Research: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform content and communication strategy.
  • Webinars: Plan, schedule, and host webinars, including coordinate with speakers and attendees, as and when required.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Diploma or Degree in related field.
  • 4 years or more of experience in communications, PR, marcom, or related roles.
  • Strong command of written and spoken English.
  • Experience in working with PR agencies, designers, and digital marketing teams.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing metrics and tools.
  • Able to multi-task.
  • Creativity with an eye for detail and design sensibility.
  • Experience in marketing and graphic design tools.
  • Off-in-lieu will be given for work outside of office hours.
