**The Challenges**:

- Responsible for the Hospital's Deposit Management functions assigned. Assist the - Business Office Executive / Senior Executive / Assistant Manager / Manager in establishing and implementing all policies, procedures and internal controls for the smooth operation of all Business activities.- Timely follow up on patient accounts to ensure adequate payment / coverage has been received. Accounts with indequate payment / coverage to promptly effect downgrading process
- Collect monies due from patients and third party payers
- Assist in making acceptable financial arrangements with patients
- Attend to counter and phone calls queries related to patients' accounts
- Perform other duties as assigned

**The Requirements**
- GCE 'O' / 'A' Levels or Diploma Holders
- Relevant working experience will be advantageous
- Possess working knowledge of computerTags
