Roles & Responsibilities

我们正在寻找有责任感且充满热情的华文教师,加入我们 Little Village 的教学团队。您将负责根据本校课程框架及教育部幼儿园课程框架,提供以探究为基础、以儿童为中心的学习体验。您将引导孩子探索世界、培养他们的好奇心,并与家庭建立有意义的关系,同时与同事密切合作,共同支持每一位孩子的成长与福祉。

角色和职责:

* 对幼儿的兴趣和学习进度进行观察和评估

* 与幼儿共同设计有意义和引人入胜的学习体验

* 根据幼儿的兴趣和学习目标设置学习中心和户外体验活动。

* 与幼儿及其家人建立积极的关系。

* 在学校与助教/班级老师合作,并参与班级/年级间的活动。

要求:

* 拥有幼儿教育相关大专/学士学位,或目前正在攻读相关的文凭

* 具有良好的团队合作精神、人际关系和沟通技巧。

* 热爱于与幼儿一起工作

* 具备成长型心态并能够进行反思实践。
