工作简介

我们正在寻找一位有爱心、耐心、并热爱幼教的兼职华文老师。老师将在下午时段协助带班,通过游戏、儿歌、故事、艺术等方式,引导孩子们快乐地学习华语,并培养他们对中华文化的兴趣。

主要职责

• 在下午时段与幼儿进行华文教学活动。
• 利用故事、儿歌、律动、游戏等方式,提升幼儿的听说能力。
• 在日常活动和例行事务中使用华语与孩子互动,营造沉浸式语言环境。
• 与英文老师及其他华文老师协作,整合教学内容,共同传递核心价值观。
• 协助孩子的生活自理、社交互动与情绪引导。
• 支持与参与幼儿园的华文节庆活动,如农历新年、中秋节等。
• 协助课堂准备与照顾幼儿日常所需。

应聘要求

• 至少持有学前教育(华文)大专文凭或相关学历。
• 获得 ECDA L1 或 L2 教师认证(优先)。
• 热爱与幼儿互动,具有良好的沟通能力与亲和力。
• 具备流利的华语表达能力,能以简单英语与团队沟通。
• 有团队合作精神,态度积极主动。
• 有相关教学经验者优先。

Position: Part-Time Chinese Language Teacher

Location: My Little Gems Preschool, 38 Jalan Eunos, opposite Eunos MRT

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 2.30pm to 6.30pm or 7.00pm

About My Little Gems Preschool

My Little Gems Preschool is a Buddhist-inspired early childhood centre that nurtures children through mindfulness, kindness, and gratitude. Located within a peaceful temple setting, we offer a bilingual curriculum that supports both academic growth and character development.

Role Summary

We are seeking a caring and dedicated Part-Time Chinese Language Teacher to support our afternoon programme. The teacher will guide young children in learning Mandarin through meaningful, play-based experiences that spark curiosity and promote love for the language.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Chinese lessons and activities for children during afternoon sessions.
• Engage children in Chinese language through songs, stories, rhymes, and games.
• Support children's learning in daily routines and classroom activities conducted in Mandarin.
• Collaborate with the English and Chinese teaching team to reinforce key concepts and values across both languages.
• Guide children gently in areas of social-emotional development, respect, and mindfulness.
• Support school events and festivals related to Chinese language and culture (e.g., Chinese New Year, Mid-Autumn Festival).
• Help with classroom preparation, care routines, and transitions as part of the afternoon team.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education (Chinese) or equivalent.
• ECDA-certified L1 or L2 (preferred).
• Passionate about working with young children and promoting Chinese language learning.
• Able to speak and read Mandarin fluently; basic spoken English preferred for team communication.
• Responsible, warm, and collaborative in a team setting.
• Prior experience in a preschool setting is an advantage.
