**Preschool Chinese Teacher (幼儿华文老师)**
**工作职责：**:

- 根据 MindChamps 的政策、指导方针、框架和理念来计划、监督和交付项目。
- 准备和实施计划和适合年龄的教具。
- 准确记录孩子的进步，并单独解决孩子的教育和发展需求。
- 完成孩子每学期的进度报告，并为每个孩子准备一份发展档案。
- 通过每周至少一次的联系簿、每周的团队通讯和会议与家长沟通。
- 与父母会面以解决任何问题。
- 始终使用积极的纪律技巧。
- 在课堂上指导和监督助教。
- 必要时提供基本的急救。
- 负责教室的教学资源、布置、外观、装饰、学习环境的维护。
- 熟悉所有工作课程文件、手册和政策手册。

**工作要求：**:

- 幼儿保育与教育文凭 - 教学 (DECCE-T) / ACEY / 幼教文聘
- 充满爱能量的创意和鼓舞人心
- 优秀的沟通和课堂管理能力
- 教育发展知识
