
Field Sales Executive

We are hiring a field Sales Executive to drive retail and institutional sales of our personal care range (shampoos, shower gels, face creams, body creams). In this on-the-ground role, you will prospect and visit shops, malls, hotels, salons, gyms, convenience and specialty stores—anywhere you can sell—conduct product pitches and sampling, negotiate and close orders, manage repeat business, execute promotions and merchandising (facings, price labels, displays, POSM), collect market intelligence, coordinate deliveries and basic paperwork, and maintain accurate daily call reports/CRM updates. You should bring 1–4 years' FMCG field sales experience (beauty/personal care preferred) or strong sales drive, excellent communication and negotiation skills, professional grooming, comfort with daily travel, and basic proficiency with WhatsApp/Excel/CRM; own conveyance is a plus. We offer a fixed salary with attractive, uncapped commissions on sales, reimbursement of commute/travel expenses (public transport/fuel/parking per policy), training, product samples, and a growth path into Senior Sales/Key Accounts/Territory roles. KPIs include new outlet additions and first-order conversions, secondary sales volume/value, repeat rates, on-shelf availability and promo execution, productive calls per day, and timely collections.
