Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships within assigned Hyperscale and Global accounts.
  • Develop a comprehensive account plan for the designated Hyperscale customer territory.
  • Identify potential opportunities, build a sales pipeline with customers, and manage opportunities through the entire sales cycle until completion.
  • Promote the company brand, generate customer interest, and propose data center solutions that align with customer needs, creating tailored sales proposals.
  • Collaborate closely with sales engineering and the regional team to structure and negotiate commercial terms.
  • Stay informed about market trends, opportunities, and the competitive landscape in the Asia Pacific data center market.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of sales experience, particularly in the data center industry and with hyperscale accounts.
  • Proven success in engaging with hyperscale customers, leveraging customer networks, and driving sales to successful closure.
  • Strong understanding of the Asia Pacific data center market.
  • Knowledge of data center specifications to engage customers effectively.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong presentation, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • A proactive, "hunter" mentality, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
