Position: Telemarketer (B2B – Commercial Vehicles)

Type: Part-time / Contract (Mon–Fri, 9am–12pm or 2pm–5pm

Location: Singapore (hybrid/remote possible)

About Us

We help SMEs upgrade and expand their fleets—light/medium/heavy goods vehicles, vans, box/reefer, tailgate solutions—backed by strong aftersales partners and financing options.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound B2B calls to SME owners/decision makers (bosses, ops managers).
  • Qualify needs: vehicle type, payload, body configuration, annual mileage, Cat C COE timing, budget, financing/lease preference, trade-in.
  • Position value: TCO savings, uptime/aftersales support, warranty/service plans, telematics options.
  • Book qualified appointments/demo drives for the sales team; confirm attendees and send calendar invites.
  • Hit daily call and weekly targets

Requirements

  • Proven B2B telemarketing experience dealing directly with SME bosses.
  • Clear, confident phone manner; skilled with gatekeepers & objection handling.
  • Strong appointment-setting track record.
  • CRM proficiency; disciplined with notes and follow-ups.
  • Bonus: Knowledge of commercial vehicles (LCV/MCV/HCV), Cat C COE, leasing vs financing, bodyworks (box/reefer/tailgate).
  • Languages: Good English (Mandarin/dialects a plus).
