Our Business Space Division is expanding, and we are seeking a dynamic Telemarketer Sales Executive to join our team in Johor Bahru, supporting our Singapore-based operations.
Job Summary
We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Telemarketer Sales Executive to join our team in Johor Bahru, contributing to the growth of our Singapore-based real estate consultancy. The successful candidate will focus on generating and qualifying leads, nurturing client relationships, and driving sales for our industrial and commercial property services. This role is pivotal in expanding our market presence and supporting our sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume cold calls to prospective clients using curated lead lists to generate interest in SLP's industrial and commercial property services.
- Qualify leads through effective questioning and needs assessment to identify potential opportunities.
- Follow up on marketing campaigns to engage prospects and convert leads into appointments or sales.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with Marketing Coordinators to refine lead lists and optimize sales funnels.
- Provide feedback on call conversion rates and market trends to improve sales strategies.
- Support the team in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or a similar role, preferably in real estate or B2B sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport over the phone.
- Ability to converse fluently in both Mandarin and English to engage with diverse clients.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), sales automation platforms (e.g., Zapier), and ERP systems.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) for data tracking and reporting.
- Knowledge of the industrial and commercial real estate market is a plus.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Chinese is an advantage.
