We are looking for a proactive and skilled IT System Analyst to join a dynamic regional team within the Information Technology department. The role involves supporting a critical Regional Payment System that processes domestic payments for corporate clients across the region. The ideal candidate will ensure timely and high-quality delivery of system solutions while collaborating with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

1. Technical Expertise:

  • Provide subject matter expertise in system analysis and design.
  • Develop technical specification documents based on functional requirements.

2. Project Support:

  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure technical requirements are met.
  • Assist with test plan preparation and execution for SIT and UAT.
  • Manage defects and change requests, prioritizing with project teams to ensure timely resolution.

3. Documentation:

  • Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
  • Ensure documentation accurately reflects system designs and functionalities.

4. Operational Transition:

  • Facilitate the transition of systems from development to production.
  • Support operation promotion tasks and ensure a smooth handover to production support teams.

5. Quality Assurance:

  • Contribute to quality reviews and ensure adherence to established IT standards and governance.
  • Guarantee deliverables meet quality objectives.

6. Production Support:

  • Provide post-implementation support by investigating issues, identifying root causes, and implementing fixes or workarounds in collaboration with relevant teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
  • Over 7 years of experience with expertise in payments system implementation and system analysis.
  • In-depth knowledge of payment and settlement systems, particularly within the Asia Pacific region (e.g., CITAD, KFTC, FPS, NEFT).
  • Experience with TCS BaNCS Payments product is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Java/J2EE, Oracle DB, SQL, Unix/Linux, IBM WAS, and MQ.
  • Familiarity with API development, hosting, management, and gateways.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exposure to SDLC and Agile methodologies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional and offshore teams.
  • Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
  • Self-driven, motivated, and able to work independently.
