Luxury Retail Boutique – Sales Associate / Sneaker Maker

Join a global luxury lifestyle brand and be part of a passionate retail team. As a Sales Associate / Sneaker Maker, you'll deliver exceptional service, share styling expertise, and create memorable experiences for every customer.

What You'll Do
  • Deliver excellent customer service in line with luxury brand standards.
  • Act as a brand ambassador by building strong client relationships.
  • Provide styling advice and share product knowledge to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Support daily store operations including cashiering, stock management, and housekeeping.
  • Assist with visual merchandising to maintain an attractive store environment.
  • Participate in boutique events and marketing activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs.
What We're Looking For
  • Prior retail or customer service experience preferred (luxury or fashion background is an advantage).
  • Passionate about fashion, sneakers and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Bilingual abilities (English + another language) will be an advantage to serve a diverse customer base.
What's Offered

Salary: Up to $2,450 per month (depending on experience)

Location: Orchard
