We are seeking enthusiastic and skilled individuals to represent prestigious luxury watch & jewelry brands in Singapore's top retail destinations.

About the Role:
As a sales associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences that reflect our brand standards. You will build long-term client relationships, provide expert styling/product advice, and drive boutique sales by engaging, upselling, and cross-selling. Additionally, you will represent our brand as an ambassador, upholding heritage and values, and maintain boutique standards in stock, display, and housekeeping.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized customer service that meets luxury brand standards.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and provide expert product advice.
  • Drive sales growth through effective engagement, upselling, and cross-selling strategies.
  • Represent our brand as an ambassador and uphold its heritage and values.
  • Maintain high standards of stock, display, and housekeeping in the boutique.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should possess prior experience in luxury retail, ideally in watches, jewelry, or accessories. You should also have strong interpersonal skills, a flair for building client networks, and be professional, well-groomed, and confident in your presentation. Furthermore, you should be sales-driven and customer-focused with a track record of achieving targets.
