Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Lead and optimize client recruitment operations, ensuring efficiency, diversity, compliance, and strategic talent acquisition across the region.

Oversee end-to-end recruitment, ensuring efficient and effective hiring of top talent.

Mentor and lead a high-performing team, fostering learning and adaptability.

Implement diversity and inclusion initiatives throughout the hiring process.

Collaborate with hiring managers to develop tailored recruitment strategies.

Utilize data insights to enhance recruitment performance and system integrity.

The successful Regional Talent Acquisition Manager must possess expertise in Telecommunication strategic hiring, compliance, and data-driven recruitment operations.

Skills/Requirement:

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition and recruitment leadership within a Telecom industry is a must.
  • Strong knowledge of regional labor laws, GDPR, and compliance regulations.
  • Ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing recruitment teams.
  • Expertise in telecom data-driven recruitment strategies and analytics.
  • Experience in telecom change management and process optimization within HR functions.
