Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Help with hiring and onboarding new employees.
  • Employee Support: Assist employees with HR-related questions and issues.
  • Payroll & Benefits: Process payroll, track leave, and manage employee benefits.
  • Compliance: Ensure HR policies comply with local laws.
  • General HR Tasks: Provide admin support, maintain HR records, and assist with training.
Skills & Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in HR (e.g., recruiting, employee relations).
  • Knowledge of HR processes and labor laws.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient with MS Office and HR software.
