Scope of Role:

We are seeking a confident, polished, and strategically minded Integrated Performance Manager to join our regional APAC team. In this role, you will oversee the strategic direction and operational excellence of performance campaigns across multiple markets. You will guide local teams, foster vendor partnerships, and lead with insight, presence, and precision. A keen understanding of performance marketing is essential, but the ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, exceptional communication, and client-ready polish to the table.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner closely with the Associate Director to develop and deliver strategic performance recommendations across APAC markets.
  • Lead campaign diagnostics by translating performance data into actionable insights — with a clear understanding of key media metrics.
  • Oversee regional campaign governance and support local teams in maintaining best practices and operational consistency.
  • Manage and mentor an Executive, focusing on professional growth and cultivating a strong team dynamic.
  • Guide and consolidate regional reporting efforts, including monthly and quarterly business reviews, ensuring insights are clear, strategic, and presentation ready.
  • Lead weekly calls with local markets, providing strategic support and surfacing challenges, trends, and learnings to senior stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with global, regional, and local teams to drive consistency and performance alignment across all touchpoints.
  • Build relationships with key media vendors and support test-and-learn initiatives that contribute to ongoing innovation.
  • Represent the team confidently in client and internal presentations, with a clear ability to articulate strategy and performance impact.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet high-quality standards with strong attention to detail.

Reporting Structure:

  • Reports to the Associate Director.
  • Plays a key role in the regional APAC team.
  • Direct manager to a Performance Executive.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 4–5+ years of experience in digital media, ideally within a media agency environment.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing, media KPIs, and eCommerce strategies (e.g., Google Shopping, CPAS).
  • Solid working knowledge (but not hands-on activation) of platforms like Google Ads, DV360, Meta Ads.
  • Confident presenter with excellent verbal and written communication skills — comfortable leading calls and delivering reports to senior stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel — able to turn data into compelling narratives.
  • Experience working across multiple markets and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Previous offline media exposure is a plus.
