Roles & Responsibilities

Shop Sales Manager needed

Remuneration: Basic start from 3,500 + Commission

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Preparing for shop opening/closing and ensure shop and displays are consistently well

presented and maintaining cleanness

* Dynamic, energetic, positive and driven to achieve growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team

* Perform stock check, tally petty and report daily sales directly to the company director.

* Assisting in designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence


• Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

* Senior/Manager level

* Min 3 year experience in managing a sales team required especially in sales/whole sale of Gold & Jewellery preferred

* Able to communicate with customers in English & Mandarin; knowledge in Malayu would be added advantage.

* Basic computer and online marketing knowledge needed

* Services-oriented with strong interpersonal and

communication skills

* Self- Motivated and good at motivate a team of sales staff

* Able to work retail hours, weekends and public

holidays as well as rotating shifts

* 6 days work per week
