**Key Responsibilities**

**Sales Strategy & Business Growth**:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and surpass revenue targets for multiple shops.
- Monitor sales trends, identify opportunities for growth, and implement action plans to maximize sales performance.
- Organize and oversee promotional activities to attract customers and boost sales.
- Analyze sales data and provide actionable insights to senior management.

**Operations Management**:

- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of all shop locations, focusing on operational efficiency and consistency.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor shop performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with inventory teams to maintain optimal stock levels and prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Ensure all shops comply with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.

**Team Leadership & Development**:

- Recruit, train, and mentor shop teams to enhance their skills and performance.
- Set clear performance goals for staff and provide regular coaching and feedback.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and high morale.
- Organize regular team meetings to communicate updates and align on business objectives.

**Customer Experience**:

- Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained across all shops.
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Gather customer feedback to implement improvements and enhance satisfaction.

**Compliance & Safety**:

- Ensure all shop operations comply with workplace safety standards and local laws.
- Regularly review processes to ensure adherence to company policies and compliance requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or shop management, preferably across multiple locations.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with experience managing diverse teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with teams, customers, and stakeholders.
- Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- POS (Point of Sale) systems and retail management software.
- CRM tools and sales analytics software.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for addressing operational challenges.
- Knowledge of local market trends and customer preferences.
- Multilingual proficiency is an added advantage.Awareness of workplace safety standards and regulatory compliance.
