
Assistant Project Manager Corporate Office Design

Responsibilities:
- Oversee corporate office design & build projects, including project planning, scheduling, and tendering for interior fit-out works.
- Liaise with clients to monitor and control schedules related to cost, time, and quality, ensuring project deadlines are met.
- Coordinate with subcontractors on drawings, submissions, completion letters, delivery processes, and other project documentation.
- Perform and monitor budgeting, cost management, and expenditure control.
- Ensure compliance with building contractual terms and Singapore regulations.
- Manage site operations, coordination meetings, and safety briefings.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree Qualification
- Relevant working experience in renovation project management and coordination
- Strong knowledge of architectural and interior design drawings.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight timelines.
