Roles & Responsibilities

Description

Perform various activities to support the company's accounting department, including data entry, preparation of documents, filing, and maintaining records. Assist in handling incoming customer calls and provide general administrative support as required.

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately key in accounting and financial data into the system
  • Verify invoices, receipts, and supporting documents before entry
  • Assist in updating and maintaining accounting records
  • Ensure proper filing and documentation of accounting data
  • Support Accounts team in preparing simple reports
  • Perform basic checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of entries
  • Assist with other ad-hoc administrative and accounting tasks as assigned

Requirement:

  • Singaporean & Singaporean PR only
  • Must have at least 1 year of relevant experience
  • Must know how to use SAP accounting system
  • Must be able to read & write in English & Chinese
  • Must be independent and show initiative at work
  • Must possess good attitude & good team work
  • Able to start work immidetely

Working Location : Pasir Panjang Wholesale Centre (Blk 1 Whoelsale Centre #02-03 Singapore 110001)

Working Hours : 9 am - 5 pm (6-8 working hours per day, excluding 1-hour lunch break)

Working Days : Minimum 4-5 days per week

Pay : S$12-15 / hour (depend on experience and efficiency)
