Senior Regional Sales Manager, SEA

We are seeking a Senior Regional Sales Manager, SEA for our client, a leading consumer electronic manufacturer. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth, strengthening relationships with channel partners regionally. This position requires strategic thinking, exceptional communication skills, proven sales expertise, and a talent for building long-term partnerships in the consumer electronic industry.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute regional sales plans aligned with company objectives.
- Identify new market opportunities and implement strategies to maximize sales growth.
- Proactively acquire new customers and source projects through strategic prospecting.
- Oversee the tender process and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Document project details and track customer activities in the CRM system.
- Meet and exceed regional sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and deliver reports to senior management.
- Cultivate strong relationships with channel partners, distributors, and resellers.
- Train and support partners in effective promotion and sale of products.
- Conduct regular business reviews with partners to evaluate performance and identify opportunities for growth.
- Build and nurture relationships with key customers and decision-makers.
- Provide customized solutions to meet client needs and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Act as a subject matter expert for business communication portfolio
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver training, demonstrations, and presentations.
- Partner with marketing, technical support, and product management teams to align sales efforts with campaigns and product launches.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote brand and offerings.
- Support the technical team in conducting product demonstrations for clients.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field with 10 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role in the electronics industry.
- Proven ability to develop and execute effective sales and marketing plans for target markets.
- Strong understanding of sales channels, market trends, and partner ecosystems.
- Familiarity with AV and business communication technologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Experience working in collaborative environments with a positive, results-driven mindset.
- Ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
- Willingness to travel as required in SEA
